The period 1989 -1991 is characterised by the pass of the Romania's MC through the last three degrees of the first house, after the entry in Leo.

This pass has produced many social and political convolutions. The entry of MC in the second house of the country leads, in September 1991, to the formation of a new government after the last warrior travel of the miners in Bucharest.
